Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia, supporting the program manager in administering SH&E programs across projects. You will audit worksites, identify hazards, and help teams implement controls under the ESHARP framework.

You will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (or related field), NEBOSH certification with 8+ years of experience (4+ in a similar role), and strong knowledge of SH&E regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (or related field) required.
• NEBOSH Certification (or equivalent) with 8+ years' experience and at least 4 years in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of federal and state SH&E regulations and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.
• Audit the project and its worksites against corporate standards.
• Inspect worksites to detect hazards and advise on eliminating or controlling SH&E risks.
• Create and submit written audit and inspection reports.
• Monitor planning and performance to ensure compliance with Parsons' ESHARP system.
• Implement Parsons' occupational injury and incident reporting processes.
• Perform trends analyses on audit findings and incident reports and submit analyses.
• Deliver SH&E training and maintain training records.
• Participate in routine safe work briefings.
