Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Transmission Line business in Saudi Arabia, driving business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
• Manage end-to-end execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects, preferably at 380 kV and above, covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SEC, National Grid Saudi Arabia, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, change orders, commercial negotiations, and contractual risk mitigation.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective workforce planning, resource allocation, productivity, and utilization.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, client specifications, international standards, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Identify and mitigate project, commercial, financial, and execution risks while resolving critical operational challenges.
• Support business development initiatives, identify new project opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the organization\'s market presence in Saudi Arabia.
