Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for EHV transmission line projects in Saudi Arabia. The role requires leading end-to-end delivery from mobilization to energization, coordinating SEC/NG stakeholders, and ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have 15–20 years of EPC experience in high voltage projects, strong client management, and the ability to drive project milestones across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in project management for high voltage grid projects.
• Experience with EPC 380kV TL projects and SEC/NG-SEC standards is preferred.
• Immediate availability or transferable iqama is advantageous.
• Strong leadership in multidisciplinary teams and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilization to energization and handover.
• Manage schedule, cost, resources, and material requirements to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, risks, and actions; ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimization.
