Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Electrical Construction Manager with 12–15 years of experience in 380kV transmission line projects. You will lead execution, coordinate with SEC, and ensure safety, quality and timely completion in line with SEC standards.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, reviewing drawings and ITPs, tracking progress, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 12–15 years in transmission line projects.
• Proven SEC approval and experience on SEC 380kV TL projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities for 380kV TL projects.
• Plan site execution, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards and project procedures.
• Monitor schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.
