Job summary

The Qiddiya corporate headquarters Workplace Interiors team is looking for a seasoned Workplace Design Project Lead to drive the design, planning, and delivery of the company’s 120,000 sqm HQ campus. You will oversee front-end design, briefs, procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring alignment with strategy, governance, and employee needs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of corporate HQ workplace.
• Coordinate interfaces with internal teams and external consultants.
• Ensure governance, budgets, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Present business cases and board papers to executives.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement during move.
