Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, including leadership.
• Strong payroll operations, benchmarking, compensation analysis, benefits administration, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation studies to assess competitiveness.
