Job summary

Ektis is seeking a Talent Management Lead in Riyadh to own the annual performance cycle, calibrate assessments, and drive a culture of fairness and development. You will partner with CEO, COO, and leaders to ensure timely reviews, robust talent decisions, and meaningful employee experience across locations and contracts.

The role sits at the heart of our people agenda, blending governance with hands-on execution and continuous improvement as we scale.

Qualifications

Experience designing and operating performance cycles in a project-based environment.
Ability to raise standards in calibration, feedback and promotion readiness.
Proven track record of governance and talent decision-making at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full annual performance cycle, including goal setting, ongoing check-ins, calibration and development planning.
Maintain the performance calendar, governance, communications and decision points.
Ensure consistent goals, feedback and ratings across teams, locations and contract types.
Review cycles and improve the framework and employee experience based on data and feedback.
Coordinate calibration discussions with leadership and document outcomes.
Monitor performance trajectories and identify risks requiring intervention.
Lead the culture, recognition, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
