Job summary

Ektis, a boutique management consultancy with Big 4 heritage, is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive sourcing and headhunting in the Saudi market and support regional expansion.

You will own the sourcing engine, map target companies, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver high-caliber teams while upholding DEI principles in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing or research experience, e.g., executive search, RPO, agency, or in-house sourcing.
• Exposure to the Middle East market and understanding of hiring in KSA.
• Strong in market mapping and direct headhunting outreach, with a data-informed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Headhunting - identify and engage passive candidates for live roles across all business areas.
• Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence - build maps of target companies and teams in KSA and the region.
• Team Lift-Outs & Multi-Hires - plan and execute lift-outs and multi-hire campaigns.
• Pipeline Development - build warm pipelines and reduce reliance on agencies.
• Candidate Engagement - run first conversations and keep passive candidates warm.
• Stakeholder Partnering - brief hiring managers and TA Lead, provide market insights.
• Sourcing Tools & Channels - use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and databases.
• Early Careers Sourcing - support grads and internships where needed.
• Data & Tracking - monitor outreach, response, and pipeline metrics.
