You will drive engineering excellence, scale systems, and align technical plans with business goals while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, design, and operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, establishing best practices, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring security and reliability across platforms.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in software engineering with 3–5 years in senior roles.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript; cloud platforms and DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
