Job summary

Abduljawad Trading & Contracting is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, government and institutional clients needing access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.

You will conduct site assessments, translate technical requirements into client proposals, and collaborate with engineering and installation teams to deliver sound, billable solutions while growing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in physical security, low-voltage systems, access control, CCTV, or a related B2B technical sales environment.
• Working knowledge of access control components (card readers, controllers, credentials/badges, biometric scanners), video surveillance integration, and alarm/intrusion systems
• Familiarity with major platforms and manufacturers (Lenel, Genetec, Software House, HID, or similar) is a strong plus
• Comfortable reading basic system diagrams/floor plans and translating technical requirements into client-facing proposals
• Strong consultative selling skills able to understand client pain points (security, compliance, operations) and map them to the right solution
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits and site assessments

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across clients in need of access control, video surveillance and alarm systems.
• Conduct client site walks and needs assessments to scope appropriate solutions.
• Build and present proposals, system quotes, and ROI value cases tailored to client requirements and budgets.
• Partner with engineering and installation teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, identifying upsell and system expansion opportunities.
