Detailed Job Description:

As a Security Systems Engineer supporting ELV & ICT operations at aDawliah Electronics Appliances in Saudi Arabia, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of security system deployment, VMS configuration, access control engineering, and client-consultant coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include programming and configuring VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec), administering enterprise access control systems (Honeywell, NEDAP, CEM), executing rigorous testing and commissioning protocols, resolving complex TCP/IP networking issues, and interpreting technical drawings. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and communication skills to manage project execution milestones across client sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end security systems engineering, configuration, integration, and deployment for ELV and ICT projects.
• Program, configure, and optimize enterprise Video Management Systems (VMS), specializing in Milestone and Genetec platforms.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot advanced Access Control Systems (ACS) including Honeywell, NEDAP, and CEM.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience in ELV systems engineering, CCTV, and Access Control deployment.
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on operational expertise in VMS programming and configuration, preferably Milestone and Genetec.
• Deep practical experience with enterprise Access Control systems such as Honeywell, NEDAP, and CEM.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, IP camera provisioning, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Proven track record in project execution, testing & commissioning, and client‑consultant coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility in Saudi Arabia with local residency or availability for on‑site relocation (previous experience in Saudi Arabia preferred).
