Job summary

Beond is seeking a Director of Operations for its Saudi Arabia AOC, based in Riyadh. The role oversees flight operations, owns the operations manual, and ensures compliance with GACAR and ops specs.

The successful candidate will have ATP, at least 3 years' supervisory experience in Part 121 operations and PIC experience, and will interface with GACA to manage approvals, audits, and SMS integration.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate required under GACAR 121.49(a)(1).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience within last 6 years exercising operational control over Part 121-similar ops.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the past 6 years as PIC of a Part 121 aircraft.
• Full understanding of GACAR, ops specs, airworthiness requirements, and ops manual; must be acceptable to GACA.

Responsibilities

• Exercise operational control and accountability for flight operations under the AOC.
• Own the operations manual, ensure ops-spec compliance and set standards.
• Oversee flight dispatch, flight-time limitations and flight-crew standards.
• Serve as operational interface with GACA for approvals, audits and findings.
• Embed the SMS within operations.
