Mytheresa is seeking a Head of Personal Shopping Middle East (f/m/d) in Riyadh to lead regional sales strategy and build a high-performing Personal Shopping team across the Middle East. You will own revenue targets, clienteling, and VIP activations while collaborating with global teams to tailor luxury experiences for the GCC market.

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or personal shopping.
• Demonstrated experience coaching client-facing teams and recruiting top-tier local luxury sales talent in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle Eastern luxury consumer, local cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and VIP relationships.
• Ability to leverage sales metrics and clienteling data to translate strategy into revenue growth.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the discretion and composure to interface with HNWIs.
• Entrepreneurial drive to expand Mytheresa’s physical and digital presence in the region.
