Job summary

Jobgether in partnership with a Saudi-based brand seeks a Head of Operations for a high-growth eCommerce DTC company. The role oversees supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, systems, and hiring, turning complex operations into scalable processes and clear ownership.

You will build SOPs, recruit 4–6 functional leaders, and transition daily execution away from the Founder in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Equity conversations may occur after 12 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations for physical-product or e‑commerce businesses
• Experience in high-growth environments with multi-functional operations
• Demonstrated ability to build departments, processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Strong understanding of lead times, landed costs, inventory, and 3PL relationships
• Proven hiring, onboarding, and performance-management capabilities
• Proficiency with Shopify, Notion, spreadsheets, and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end back-end operations including supply chain, inventory, 3PL, fulfillment, returns, vendor management, and agency coordination
• Build scalable operating systems, SOPs, and clear ownership for recurring workflows
• Establish an operational knowledge base and enhance processes as the business grows
• Develop inventory systems of record and PO calendars for visibility and planning
• Create weekly leadership metrics dashboards covering key KPIs
• Implement automated revenue reporting for subscriptions and channels
• Develop vendor/agency scorecards and drive continuous improvement
• Identify missing functions, recruit leaders, and onboard new hires
• Build a team of 4–6 functional leaders who operate independently
• Translate decisions into written specs with owners and deadlines
• Diagnose issues by tracing performance to root causes and solving them
• Prepare the organization for broader COO-level responsibilities
• Maintain accountability across teams and external partners
