You will lead a high-performing team, drive sustainable revenue growth, balance retailer partnerships with profitability, and influence senior leadership decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FMCG or consumer goods experience with e-commerce leadership.
• Proven track record growing major online customers and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat).
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, joint business planning, and revenue growth initiatives.

We're partnering with a market-leading FMCG business that has built an enviable portfolio of household brands across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As digital commerce continues to redefine how consumers shop, the business is looking for an ambitious Head of E-commerce to accelerate its next phase of growth.

You'll define the digital commerce strategy, own relationships with the Saudi's largest online retailers and marketplaces, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

You'll have the opportunity to influence business decisions at the highest level while driving one of the company's fastest-growing channels.

The role will challenge your ability to combine commercial thinking with digital expertise, balancing retailer partnerships, category growth, investment, profitability and shopper experience to deliver exceptional business results.

Given the strategic importance of this position, we're looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• 10+ years of FMCG or consumer goods experience ideally at an FMCG distributor side, including significant exposure to e-commerce and digital commerce leadership.
• A proven track record of growing major online customers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Online, Talabat or other leading regional platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, joint business planning, trade investment and revenue growth initiatives.
