Job summary

International Maritime Industries is seeking a Marine Operations Planner to optimize the use of marine assets and manpower. You will plan, schedule, and record all marine activities using data from BD business plans and production zones, ensuring efficient operations.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while working within a 5S framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine operations planning and scheduling.
• Strong data gathering, validation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate vessel movement and asset data.
• Maintain accurate marine operations and scheduling records.
• Prepare asset allocation and utilization schedules to support operations.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings for asset/deployment alignment.
• Mitigate scheduling conflicts and marine traffic risks to ensure safe operations.
• Prepare and update a Marine Operations dashboard and share weekly with management.
• Maintain logs of marine movements and weather data for the dashboard.
• Contribute to review and update of Marine Operation procedures and documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards.
• Work within 5S to maintain high workplace standards.
