Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced procurement leader with deep expertise in technology sourcing, commercial negotiations, and supplier management to head the digital procurement function. You will develop and execute IT procurement strategies, consolidate spend, negotiate long-term agreements, and build strong supplier partnerships that deliver value, compliance and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or category management.
• Expert-level contract management and advanced negotiation.
• Experience negotiating high-value IT contracts across software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital procurement function and set strategy for IT sourcing.
• Develop and execute IT procurement strategies, consolidating spend and negotiating long-term agreements.
• Build strong supplier partnerships delivering value, compliance and supply continuity.
• Oversee supplier segmentation, market analysis, and contract governance to mitigate risks.
• Drive strong supplier performance and support budgeting and financial planning.
• Partner with IT, Finance and business stakeholders to align procurement with roadmaps.
