Job summary

Confidentiel in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead governance, enterprise risk management and compliance across the organization. The role demands 10+ years of GRC experience, strong ISO and Saudi regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership on large-scale projects.

Proficiency with GRC platforms, Excel and Power BI is essential. You will establish and maintain policies, monitor regulatory changes, and drive a culture of risk awareness while delivering dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in governance, enterprise risk management, compliance or internal controls with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 37301 and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience in construction, EPC or large-scale projects in KSA.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms, Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance framework, policies, committee charters and delegations of authority.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register, KRIs and mitigation plans.
• Oversee regulatory and internal compliance monitoring across all functions.
• Coordinate reviews of reported compliance breaches and track corrective actions to closure.
• Prepare risk dashboards, compliance reports and governance papers for executive and committee review.
• Build a strong risk and compliance culture through awareness sessions and practical guidance.
• Monitor changes in KSA laws and regulations and recommend improvements to policies and controls.
