InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to empower teams to deliver quality service and exceptional standards across our hospitality outlets. You will manage daily duties, oversee equipment and stock, uphold food and beverage standards, collaborate with finance on budgets, and handle multiple teams serving up to 500 guests.

The role requires college-level training in F&B management, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a preferred bachelor’s in hotel management or

Competenze

• College-level or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• At least 2 years of experience including supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or culinary arts preferred.
• Must speak local language.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit per local law.

Mansioni

• Manage and delegate daily duties for the hospitality team.
• Maintain F&B equipment, facilities and stock levels.
• Manage F&B standards to meet responsible business practices.
• Collaborate with finance to set and monitor budgets and drive revenue.
• Oversee multiple teams, kitchens and outlets servicing up to 500 guests.
