Job summary

Hilton seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily banquet operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences. You will supervise event execution, ensure flawless room setup, and coordinate across Food & Beverage teams to meet client specs and quality standards.

You will lead the F&B team, manage scheduling and coaching, and uphold health, safety, and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and staff wellbeing. Hilton values guest service excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Supervise execution of events: Plan, organize, and execute various events within our F&B outlets, such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Ensure a flawless event setup: Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to event specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate for success: Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant teams in Food and Beverage
• Oversee event breakdown: Ensure function rooms are properly broken down and all equipment is stored correctly for the next event
• Manage team performance: Oversee F&B team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
