Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We are seeking a Head of Finance to own all finance matters and partner with the CEO on budgeting, investment analysis and fundraising.

You will build the financial systems and dashboards to give us accurate insights as we scale. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years in finance, strong modelling and IFRS knowledge in a KSA context, and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
• 8+ years of finance experience in growth environments.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• IFRS in a KSA context; ERP implementation and dashboard tools preferred.
• PropTech, real estate or capital-intensive business experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports on time, with zero material errors.
• Design and roll out a planning and budgeting framework adopted by every department.
• Build an integrated financial reporting dashboard with automated data feeds.
• Own cash flow, treasury and payment management.
• Run a cost optimisation programme across key expense categories.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and partner to leadership.

Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

As Head of Finance, you will own all finance matters at Mnzil and partner with the CEO and leadership team on major financial decisions, including budgeting, investment analysis and fundraising support. You will build the financial systems, tools and processes that give the company accurate numbers and clear visibility as we scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• 8+ years of finance experience, including building or rebuilding a finance function in a growth environment

• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills

• IFRS in a KSA context, ERP implementation and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus

• PropTech, real estate or capital-intensive business experience is a plus

• Fluent in Arabic and English
