Qualifications

• Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification required.
• Expertise in cargo regulatory frameworks and KPI-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cargo compliance, quality and standards across the global network.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with IATA, ICAO, GACA, customs and Dangerous Goods.
• Drive updates to internal policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Govern QA system, audits, reviews and corrective actions.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis and drive CAPAs.
• Oversee ground handling audits and vendor performance frameworks.
• Coordinate training programs to keep competencies current.
