Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related discipline is required.
• Seven to eight years of experience, with three years in a managerial capacity.

Leads and oversees the Integration Department to ensure effective integration of digital systems applications platforms and data across the organization Provides strategic and technical direction for the design development implementation and maintenance of integration solutions

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Leads the development and implementation of the organization’s integration strategy, standards, architecture and roadmap in alignment with Digital Solutions objectives.
• Oversees the design, development, implementation and support of enterprise integration solutions across clinical, administrative and corporate systems.
• Ensures seamless and secure exchange of data between applications, platforms, databases and external systems.
• Establishes and maintains integration standards, governance, documentation and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability and maintainability.
• Oversees the performance, availability, reliability and security of integration platforms and interfaces, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and technical issues.
• Defines business requirements, disseminates them to the teams and overseeing the delivery of these requirements.
• Evaluates emerging integration technologies and recommends solutions that enhance operational efficiency, system interoperability and digital capabilities.
• Ensures integration solutions comply with KFSHRC policies, cybersecurity requirements, data governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Plans and manages departmental resources, priorities, projects and budgets to ensure effective and timely delivery of integration initiatives.
• Leads, develops and evaluates department staff promoting technical excellence, collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Develops and monitors departmental performance indicators and provides regular reports on integration services, projects, risks and performance.
• Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
• Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related discipline is required.

Experience

Seven (7) years with Masters, or Eight (8) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including three (3) years in a managerial capacity is required.
