1- Application Architecture

• Participate in the design, review, and enhancement of a secure, scalable, and interoperable HIS application architecture that supports clinical, administrative, and mobile use cases.

2- Solutions Design

• Deliver secure, reliable, high-performing HIS solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations and differentiate through innovation.

3- Manage Development Activities

• Lead and govern the full SDLC for HIS initiatives to deliver quality, secure, maintainable applications.

4- Integration & Interoperability

• Ensure seamless, secure data exchange across HIS modules and external systems (labs, radiology, pharmacy, payers).
• Operate and harden the middleware/iPaaS.
• Govern API lifecycle.
• Collaborate with payers for e-Claims/e-Auth APIs.
• Standardize on HL7 v2/FHIR/DICOM manage interface mappings and terminologies.

Requirements
