You will manage a team, run rotas, monitor food quality, safety, and cost, and work with the General Supervisor to grow the restaurant. The role requires hands-on cooking, dough mastery, and a passion for culinary innovation.

You will train staff, push for speed and service excellence, implement health standards, and contribute to menu development with your own specials.

Qualifications

• Masterclass dough-making skills with passion to keep customers coming back.
• Expertise in Pizza al taglio dough, stretching, and baking in a stove.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Kitchen administration experience, including safety and hygiene.
