Job summary

Flip retail in Jeddah is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen across locations, master the dough for Pizza al taglio, and coach the team in a high‑volume, fast-paced cafe environment. You’ll report to the General Manager and handle rotas, menu development, and kitchen administration to ensure smooth operations and a thriving, hygienic workplace.

The ideal candidate has dough mastery, pizza al taglio expertise, and is capable of training others, with strong leadership and creative topping

Qualifications

• Masterclass dough-making abilities with the passion to keep our clients returning.
• Extremely experienced in making Pizza al taglio dough and baking, able to teach these skills to others.
• Use creative thinking to create innovative toppings on the pizza.
• Experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Kitchen management experience - knowledge of food safety, hygiene and risk assessments in a commercial kitchen
