Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo.
• Experience making Italian-style pizzas in a professional restaurant or pizzeria.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Italian pizza-making techniques.
• Excellent dough hydration, fermentation, proofing, and temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan, Roman, or regional styles).
• Mix and ferment fresh pizza dough daily using traditional methods.
