Job summary

Munshi HR Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hatchery Operations Manager to oversee daily hatchery activities in Saudi Arabia. You will plan egg setting, incubation, hatching, and chick handling to achieve target hatchability and quality.

Responsible for strict biosecurity, hygiene, and KPI tracking, you will supervise staff, coordinate with farms and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Animal Science required.
• 3–7 years of experience in hatchery or poultry production.
• Knowledge of daily hatchery operations and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hatchery operations to ensure smooth production.

• Coordinate with breeder farms, poultry teams, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Identify problems, investigate losses, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
