Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Own visa or residency permit in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Inspect properties for damages or issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or clients in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
