Confidential Government in Riyadh seeks a CFO to lead financial reporting and budgeting at the subsidiary level. You will own the numbers that feed into holding-level consolidation and stay hands-on with the accounting operations behind them.

This is a reporting-focused CFO role embedded in the finance function, responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal controls to support consolidation and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Solid accounting knowledge and willingness to work at a detailed level.
• Experience within a holding or multi-entity structure is a plus.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the subsidiary
• Build, manage, and monitor the annual budget and forecasts
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and closing activities
• Deliver financial analysis and variance reports to leadership
• Support the holding company with consolidation inputs and audit requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
