Job summary

Confidential Government seeks an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and management reporting for corporate activities in Saudi Arabia. You will own the budget model, reforecast cycles and KPI framework, working with CFO and senior leaders to manage cost, margin and liquidity.

The role demands 8+ years in FP&A, strong IFRS understanding, and excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years in financial planning and analysis, management reporting or corporate finance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting experience.
• IFRS knowledge to interpret results; not responsible for accounting treatment.
• Advanced financial modelling; experience with ERP and planning systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; Arabic and English proficiency.
• Professional certification (CMA, CFA, SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual corporate budget cycle, manage submissions and consolidation.
• Run rolling forecast for revenue, cost and margin with variance explanations.
• Maintain monthly management reporting pack with commentary to CFO/Board.
• Monitor performance against plan, flag overruns and risks early.
• Coordinate budget availability for procurement and spend requests.
• Track commitments and accruals to support accrual completeness.
• Define and report on the KPI framework for corporate activities.
• Prepare business cases and scenario analyses for investments.
• Partner with department heads on cost control and headcount planning.
