Job summary

Boutique Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior finance executive to lead Controlling and FP&A, safeguarding financial reporting and internal controls across the group and its palace portfolio. You will translate strategy into multi-year plans, oversee monthly closes, consolidation, audit coordination, and investor reporting, partnering with the CEO and Board to drive performance and governance.

12+ years of experience and 5+ years in senior roles are required, with IFRS expertise and strong

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in a Senior Management role.
• Experience in both financial control and FP&A.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Controlling and FP&A functions for Boutique Group, ensuring financial control, management reporting, planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Translate corporate strategy into multi-year financial plans and advise the CFO on financial implications.
• Direct the consolidation of Group results and maintain integrity of ledgers and month-end close.
