Job summary

Masimo in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales Operations and Logistics Specialist to enable the Gulf region's commercial success. You will deliver actionable insights, optimize operational and logistic processes, and ensure effective use of SF systems and sales tools in collaboration with regional leadership, Finance, Regulatory, Export, and Logistics teams.

You will develop sales performance reports, dashboards, automate processes, support regional planning and forecasting, and ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, order management or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams in the Gulf region.
• Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards and insights.
• Lead optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
• Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity.
• Coordinate regional business reviews with FP&A and Finance teams.
• Support regional planning and forecasting with accurate data.
• Analyze market and sales trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
