Job summary

Wabtec in Saudi Arabia seeks a Commercial Operations & Sales Support professional to coordinate pricing, reporting, and commercial administration across regional and global teams. You will act as a central liaison between internal stakeholders and customers to ensure accurate data and efficient sales processes.

You will manage CPQ follow-up, opportunity tracking, and Salesforce data for forecasting, while supporting strategic decisions with reliable commercial insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Banking & Insurance, Retail/Production Controlling, Commercial Operations or Sales Support.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle or similar.
• Fluent Arabic and English written/spoken; Turkish procurement knowledge is a plus.
• Military service completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned commercial and administrative objectives and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage pricing documentation and quotations across customers and product lines.
• Generate and distribute sales reports and commercial statistics including pricing and market trends.
• Support development and execution of sales/commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate communication between Wabtec plants, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Maintain Salesforce data for forecasting and reporting; support CPQ and bid review processes.
• Lead tender coordination, opportunity tracking, and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Monitor pricing deviations against approved guidelines and resolve commercial disputes.
