Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Reception Manager to oversee the front-of-house in our dining hall, ensuring a professional and welcoming first contact for guests.

Reporting to Operations Management, you will lead the reception team, coordinate guest flow during peak times, and uphold service standards across the venue while supporting shift coverage as needed to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in hospitality, guest relations, or reception operations.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, food halls, or large hospitality venues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reception and guest welcome area operations.
• Lead the Head Hostess and Hostesses / Receptionists, ensuring service standards.
• Coordinate guest flow with floor teams to manage peak periods.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular reporting with Operations Manager on guest experience.
• Cover reception shifts during busy periods as needed to maintain operations.
• Ensure professional appearance and etiquette of the team.
