Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events. You will greet guests warmly, take and deliver orders, and help ensure a consistently high level of service that enhances the guest experience.

You will assist with table setup, cleanliness, and safety, and you will maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol-awareness standards to protect guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
