Job summary

Hilton Saudi Arabia is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily banquet operations and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.

Your day will include delighting guests with a friendly attitude, planning and executing events across breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and galas, ensuring flawless function room setups, coordinating with Food & Beverage teams, supervising and coaching the F&B staff, and upholding health, safety and sanitation standards to protect guests

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B supervision or similar role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation standards and alcohol awareness.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a cheerful, proactive attitude.
• Plan, organize and execute events across breakfasts, breaks, lunches, dinners, galas.
• Oversee function room setups, linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware to spec.
• Communicate event details and updates to F&B teams clearly.
• Supervise event breakdown and storage of equipment after events.
• Manage F&B team performance, including scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and staff.
