Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a growth-minded digital marketing leader to own member acquisition and platform presence in Saudi Arabia. You will convert a warm SME audience into registered, paying members through owned channels, with a focus on Arabic-first messaging and compelling value propositions.

You will plan campaigns, optimize conversion funnels end-to-end, develop Arabic content, measure performance, and guide investments for pilots and public launches, reporting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally for subscription or SME-facing products.
• Experience owning conversion funnels and campaign performance end to end.
• Strong Arabic copy judgement; native-level Arabic and professional English.
• Experience marketing to the Saudi SME or consumer market is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run acquisition campaigns across ALJ owned channels and the existing MSME contact base
• Own conversion from first contact to paid subscription: messaging, landing journeys, offers, and follow-up
• Develop the platform's Arabic-first marketing content and voice, consistent with brand guidelines
• Measure and report acquisition and conversion performance; recommend where to invest next
• Coordinate launch communications for pilot milestones and public launch
• Build the evidence base for any future paid acquisition, including channel tests and cost-per-acquisition benchmarks
