Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and team, reporting directly to the CEO.

This role exists to convert a multi-million-dollar paid budget into maximum contribution margin, building the decision systems, measurement infrastructure, and team that let the revenue engine run and scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta.
• Proven ability to design and scale paid media systems with budget guardrails.
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function.
• Strong analytical and incrementality testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid engine end to end across Google and Meta with multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.
• Design and implement pause/hold/scale logic and budget guardrails.
• Architect the measurement infrastructure and creative testing system at scale.
