Job summary

moomoo in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Paid Media Lead to oversee cross-channel campaigns and performance analytics within the KSA market.

You will manage influencer, OOH, in-app, and programmatic advertising, coordinate with the Global Marketing Team, and optimize budgets for ROI and CAC in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading paid media plans across multiple channels in the KSA.
• Strong analytics to measure ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
• Familiarity with local apps and media landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to coordinate with global teams and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize AppsFlyer tracking to monitor campaigns and ROI.
• Plan and manage influencer advertising campaigns with performance reviews.
• Oversee OOH advertising across key districts, malls, and screens in KSA.
• Identify and manage ad opportunities in local apps to maximize reach.
• Lead programmatic advertising for targeted audiences and optimization.
• Coordinate TVC, news placements and other media to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to localize and execute the paid media plan.
• Manage media budgets, track performance, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor CAC, app installs, conversions, and campaign delivery.
• Ensure timely execution and alignment with global strategy.

Job description

• Performance & Analytics: Establish and manage AppsFlyer tracking to monitor campaign performance, attribution, conversions, and ROI.
• Influencer Marketing: Plan and manage influencer advertising campaigns, including selection, coordination, execution, and performance evaluation.
• OOH Advertising: Oversee OOH advertising across KSA, covering key business districts, malls, digital screens, and other strategic locations.
• In-App Advertising: Identify and manage advertising opportunities across relevant local apps in KSA to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Programmatic Advertising: Manage programmatic advertising activities, ensuring effective audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance.
• TVC & News: Coordinate TV commercials, news coverage, and media placements to support brand awareness and campaign objectives.
• Global Coordination: Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to develop, align, localize, and execute the KSA paid media plan.
• Budget & Reporting: Manage media budgets, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
• Return on Investment (ROI/ROAS): Measure and optimize returns on paid media investment.
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Monitor and improve acquisition efficiency.
• App Installs & Conversions: Track app installations, registrations, and customer acquisition.
• Campaign Performance: Monitor reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
• Media Efficiency: Ensure effective budget utilization and optimize spending across channels.
• Campaign Delivery: Ensure timely execution of the KSA paid media plan in alignment with the Global Marketing Team.
