Job summary

Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Manager Digital Products Growth & Engagement to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for fan growth across web and mobile experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital product management, growth product, or consumer engagement roles.
• Proven track record owning growth, engagement, and retention for large-scale consumer digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling gamification systems or loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the fan growth, engagement, and retention roadmap across web and mobile.
• Design, build, and scale loyalty programs, quests, and engagement mechanics.
• Own fantasy leagues, predictions, and other interactive fan products.
• Define end-to-end fan journeys from activation to re-engagement.
• Lead experimentation to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and commercial teams to align narratives and activations.
• Track KPIs and identify new growth opportunities based on fan behavior.
