Job summary

Esports Tower LLC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager Design to own the design system, drive the creative vision, and oversee visuals from social graphics to event branding. This role blends hands-on design with team leadership to shape how fans experience the brand worldwide.

You will lead a team, partner with multiple departments, and guide external agencies to ensure high-quality, scalable output across digital and physical touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design or related field.
• 8+ years in creative direction within gaming, esports, or entertainment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong portfolio of brand campaigns, social content, and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and visual execution for all fan-facing design across Esports Foundation, EWC and ENC.
• Translate campaign strategies into bold visuals for global esports audiences.
• Own the design system including brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries.
• Oversee design output across social, visuals, motion graphics, stage screens, banners, merch, and on-site branding.
• Direct external agencies and freelancers to ensure alignment and quality.
• Improve workflows and production pipelines for speed, consistency, and scale.
