Job summary

Flow Progressive Logistics seeks a senior Sales Enablement professional to empower the Warehousing & Distribution teams. You will build playbooks, craft training content and coordinate with Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations to win and scale WnD opportunities.

You will design and deliver training, maintain an RFP toolkit, track pipeline health and close capability gaps. The role requires 5+ years of experience and strong cross-functional collaboration and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution (WnD).
• Ability to design training and create content.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build WnD playbooks, battle cards and value-proposition content.
• Design and deliver training for sales and account teams.
• Support early-stage deal shaping and qualification.
• Maintain the content library and RFP toolkit.
• Track pipeline health, conversion and win/loss trends.
• Close capability or content gaps that limit growth.
• Coordinate Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations enablement.
• Support onboarding of new sales hires into the WnD portfolio.
