Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a Warehouse Sales Supervisor to drive growth in warehousing, storage, and value-added logistics services. You will cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, proposals, contract negotiations, and meeting sales targets while coordinating onboarding and performance KPIs across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehouse and logistics services.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, customer referrals, and industry contacts.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote warehousing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within approved guidelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse service inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable warehousing solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate resolutions with operations teams.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of customer requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers and service launches.
• Monitor service performance and customer KPIs.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities for expanding warehouse services and value-added offerings.
• Provide market feedback to management to support pricing and business strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data within CRM systems.
• Prepare sales pipeline and activity reports.
• Track revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account growth.
• Provide sales forecasts and business updates to management.
