Job summary

Foreground LLC, a diversified Saudi-based group, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead group-wide operations, translate strategic objectives into executable plans, and drive performance through KPI-driven governance.

You will work with subsidiary CEOs and senior leaders to remove bottlenecks, standardize processes, and support transformation, cost optimization, and scalable growth across retail, services and industrial units.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a COO or senior operations leader within diversified groups or complex operating environments.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
• Hands-on leadership, decisiveness, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in KPI-driven organisations is critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide operations and translate strategic objectives into executable plans across all business units.
• Drive performance management frameworks, operational KPIs, and process standardisation to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Collaborate with subsidiary CEOs and functional leaders to address operational bottlenecks and scale best practices.
• Support transformation initiatives, cost optimisation, and operational readiness for growth.
