Job summary

HCP Automotive seeks a high-caliber Chief Operating Officer to translate strategy into disciplined, measurable performance across a large, multi-brand automotive group in Saudi Arabia. You will report to the Group CEO and drive operating discipline, decision-making and governance across multiple sites and brands.

The role demands a proven operator with strong commercial acumen, experience with AI and digital platforms, and the leadership presence to partner with the Group CEO and manufacturer

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in automotive distribution/retail or comparable multi-site business.
• Proven P&L responsibility with strong commercial understanding.
• Track record leading business and AI transformation with measurable improvements.
• Experience managing multiple brands, manufacturer relationships and diverse teams.
