FRS Makkah is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Group Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing, public relations and communications across a distinguished portfolio of four luxury and upper-upscale hotels in Makkah.

Reporting to the senior commercial leadership, the Group Director will own brand governance, digital marketing, content, CRM and loyalty, while coordinating with General Managers, Sales, Revenue Management and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, public relations and communications, preferably within luxury or upper-upscale hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, with multi-hotel or cluster portfolio experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for established hospitality brands.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
