Accor is seeking a Managing Director to lead four prestigious hotels in Makkah, including Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel & Swissôtel Al Maqam. The role demands a strong vision to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth and operational excellence across brands.

You will align strategic priorities, coordinate shared resources, and deliver sustainable performance across complex operations while upholding Accor brand standards and luxury service expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, including multi-property management.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and people management across multiple locations.
• Extensive knowledge of Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Guest Services.
• Budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of brand standards, quality assurance and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across four hotels (Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel & Swissôtel Al Maqam - Makkah).
• Drive profitability, review P&L statements and ensure compliance with audits.
• Set annual goals, KPIs and growth targets for the complex.
• Develop and execute long-term business strategies for all properties.
• Coordinate across commercial, operational, people and culture functions.
• Maintain luxury service standards and guest satisfaction across brands.
• Analyse market trends and competitive positioning.
