Job summary

Ninja seeks a Ground Operation Team Member in Riyadh to support daily last mile delivery by receiving, organizing, verifying, and handing over orders to riders and drivers. You will coordinate with ground operation supervisors and warehouse teams to ensure safe, timely dispatch and a safe working environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in logistics, and basic computer skills, with flexible shifts and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations.
• Experience coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in logistics or aviation environments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Logistics Software).
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role works closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth and efficient delivery operations. The Ground Operation Team Member is also responsible for maintaining a safe and organized working environment, supporting peak-demand operations, and escalating operational issues when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations
• Experience in coordinating with drivers/captains and ensuring compliance with SOPs
