Job summary

JAL International Co. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst Fresher. The role targets graduates with knowledge of IT governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), or IT auditing, and the ability to apply industry standards to real-world processes.

You will interpret policies, document findings, and present recommendations to stakeholders. The position offers opportunities across engineering, safety, finance, and management within a Saudi-owned company with regional projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• 0-3 of relevant experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance (GRC), or IT auditing.
• Proficiency in at least one major framework: COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 38500, or NIST.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to interpret and implement corporate policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Strong professional writing skills for policy documentation and the ability to present findings to stakeholders.

• Proven ability to apply industry standards to real-world organizational processes.
• Ability to distinguish between technical vulnerabilities and actual business risks.
• Communication: Demonstrated success in presenting findings clearly to management.
• High precision in reviewing documentation and identifying compliance gaps.

• Ability to maintain a neutral, evidence-based approach during audits and reviews.
